Scope and delivery

Every product has a fixed scope, a fixed price in USD, and a delivery target of 48 hours from confirmed payment (72h for benchmark reports) unless stated otherwise on the product. What is not listed in the tier description is not included. Payment is captured before production starts.

Refund rules, per product

• AI Visibility Audit: full refund if fewer than 90% of planned checks could run, or cited results cannot be reproduced, after one automatic re-run, provided your site was publicly reachable. Methodology disputes within 7 days: full refund.
• Social Media Audit: every finding carries screenshot evidence. Full refund if your named profiles were public and we still could not produce the scored report.
• Digital Invitation: free correction of any factual mismatch versus your confirmed intake (names, date, venue). Two revision rounds included. Full refund only if the link is unavailable for more than 4 cumulative hours before your event due to our infrastructure.

Refunds up to $299 within 7 days of payment are processed automatically once the rule applies; they never exceed the amount you paid. Subjective style preferences are covered by the included revision rounds, not by refunds.

Payment

We accept Whish, USDT (TRC-20), OMT and bank transfer. An order is confirmed only when payment is verified on our side; screenshots are not proof of payment. USDT payments must match the exact amount shown at checkout.

Your data

The information you submit is used only to produce and deliver your order, and for the legally required accounting records. We do not sell or share it with third parties. Delivery links are private and expire; you can request re-issue or deletion of your files at any time by email.
